Terms and Conditions

1. Description of service

Ashvold provides done-for-you Google review response management for multi-location HVAC companies: clearing your existing unanswered review backlog, responding to new reviews within 24 hours across every location, human review of negative responses, and regular reporting.

Ashvold currently works exclusively with multi-location HVAC companies and reserves the right to decline service to businesses outside this focus.

2. Eligibility and account setup

You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business signing up, and to grant manager-level access to its Google Business Profile listings. You're responsible for the accuracy of the business and location information you provide.

3. Google Business Profile access

You grant Ashvold manager access to your Google Business Profile listings solely to read and respond to reviews and report on performance.

You may revoke this access at any time. Doing so ends our ability to deliver the service, but does not automatically cancel your subscription; contact us to cancel.

4. Fees and payment

• Plans are billed monthly at the rate in effect at signup: Starter ($299/month, 2 to 4 locations), Core ($499/month, 5 to 10 locations), or Growth ($799/month, 11 to 20 locations).
• Location-count changes may move you to a different tier; we'll notify you before adjusting your rate.
• The first month is discounted by $50 on any plan.
• Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as described in the Guarantees section below.

5. Guarantees

• Backlog Guarantee: every review you have unanswered at signup, across every location, gets a reply within 7 days. If we miss this, your first month is free.
• 100% Guarantee: every new review, across every location, is answered within 24 hours for as long as you're a client. If we miss this in a given month, that month is free.
• Review Growth Guarantee: if your total review count has not grown within 90 days of signup, we continue working at no additional charge for up to two additional months, or until your review count grows, whichever comes first.
• Keep-Everything Guarantee: you may cancel at any time, with no contract term. Responses already posted on your behalf remain live after cancellation.

These guarantees are the sole remedies for the specific circumstances described and do not limit any other rights you may have under law.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not provide partial-month refunds outside of the Guarantees above.

7. Content and review responses

Response drafts are written to match your brand voice based on the information and preferences you provide at onboarding. On plans that include human QA, we review negative reviews before posting; on all plans, you may request changes to your response templates or tone at any time.

You're responsible for reviewing your approved templates and notifying us of any inaccurate business information, such as services offered or service area, that responses should reflect.

8. Acceptable use

You will not use the service to post responses that are false, defamatory, or that violate Google's policies. Ashvold reserves the right to decline to post a response we reasonably believe would violate Google's policies or create legal risk, and will notify you if this happens.

9. Intellectual property

Ashvold retains ownership of its internal tools, templates, and processes. Review content and responses posted to your Google Business Profile are yours to keep, including after cancellation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ashvold's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. Ashvold is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Ashvold against claims arising from inaccurate information you provided or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
